I tried it again and got it to work. It might have something to do with the components installed, but I'm not sure.

Problem with Yandex Browser
The support service helped me get the traffic dump to work. The problem was the string value should be 1 and not DumpNetworkTraffic = (REG_SZ)"1". See the links below for the videos, dump, and traces.

KES off video: https://disk.yandex.ru/i/HWxd2_LKwQ-QNw

Problem with Yandex Browser
This method didn't work either. I should point out that there is no traffic folder at ProgramDataKaspersky Lab\KES\Data, Is the folder supposed to be created when the dump is started?

Problem with Yandex Browser
I just installed the new KES, and I still have the same problem. I will try to follow the procedure you gave me.

Update: I tried the procedure, but could not get the traffic dump to work. x64 and x86 refers to the processor type, right? I have a x64 processor, so I created a string (right click, new, string value) named DumpNetworkTraffic in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\protected\KES\environment. The "value data" for the string should be

DumpNetworkTraffic = (REG_SZ)"1"

right?
-
Problem with Yandex Browser
What do you mean by "video?" Video of what? Do you want a video of what is seen on my computer screen? A new version of KES is out, so this issue might not matter at all. I will let you know if the new version has the same problem.

Problem with Yandex Browser
Kaspersky Endpoint Security causes Yandex Browser to not work properly. Sometimes when you try to go to certain websites, they won't load. This only happens when Web Threat Protection or Web Control are activated.

Won't Accept Activation Code
Kapersky Endpoint Security 11.6.0.201 won't accept the activation code I was given. It says "Unknown error (error code: 0x0000000D)." I can't upload traces since they don't work (maybe because the License is expired?)

Please let me know if you need more information.
-

Cloud Services Tracking
@jarvis said in Cloud Services Tracking:

thank you for your report. I've contacted KES developers. Now this unit is under development. Today only reports should be available in KES app. Settings can be opened in KSC admin console.

Should I install KSC? If so, can I have a link to the correct version to download.
-

KAV\KIS\KTS\KFA\KS\KSOS: 21.0.39.1388
While I like the new auto update feature, I feel like there should be a warning that a new version is about to be installed. The old version is removed without warning, which could leave an opening for malware, especially if you are browsing the internet at the time.
