I just installed the new KES, and I still have the same problem. I will try to follow the procedure you gave me.
Update: I tried the procedure, but could not get the traffic dump to work. x64 and x86 refers to the processor type, right? I have a x64 processor, so I created a string (right click, new, string value) named DumpNetworkTraffic in HKLM\SOFTWARE\Wow6432Node\KasperskyLab\protected\KES\environment\. The "value data" for the string should be
DumpNetworkTraffic = (REG_SZ)"1"
Problem with Yandex Browser
Kaspersky Endpoint Security causes Yandex Browser to not work properly. Sometimes when you try to go to certain websites, they won't load. This only happens when Web Threat Protection or Web Control are activated.

I have the same problem, general/settings causes KES to crash.
Won't Accept Activation Code
Kapersky Endpoint Security 22.214.171.124 won't accept the activation code I was given. It says "Unknown error (error code: 0x0000000D)." I can't upload traces since they don't work (maybe because the License is expired?)

thank you for your report. I've contacted KES developers. Now this unit is under development. Today only reports should be available in KES app. Settings can be opened in KSC admin console.
Should I install KSC? If so, can I have a link to the correct version to download.
