Crashed GUI after blocking avp and avpui in Application Control.

<li><span></span>Click to More tools->Manage applications->Application Control->Start.</li>
<li>Blocked two files avp.exe and avpui.exe.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>After blocked files avp.exe and avpui.exe product crashed and generate damps.</p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>Product after blocked is working normal.</p>
