Two window GUI after delete license.

<li>Run Full Scan->Quick Scan->Database Update->More Tools->Manage Applications-Trusted Applications mode->Vulnerability Scan->Unused Data Cleaner->Privacy Cleaner->Browser Configuration->Microsoft Windows Troubleshooting.</li>
<li>Click to Licensing.</li>
<li>Delete License.</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>After delete license show two window GUI. </p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>After delete license product show one window.</p>

<p>Problem reproduced after only delete license.</p>

<p>This isn't a real "bug". Traces tell that PC was high loaded between <span>20:48 and 20:51, </span>so first GUI doesn't provide answer to product, so it starts second GUI. (also it tries to start third GUI, but at this moment second GUI gave answer, and product stopped third GUI star process) . So it's only result of high load of PC</p>
