#970 Two window GUI after delete license.

    Windows 10 Pro Build 17763 EN All update KTS 20.0.9.933 RC

    Reproduction steps:

    1. Run Full Scan->Quick Scan->Database Update->More Tools->Manage Applications-Trusted Applications mode->Vulnerability Scan->Unused Data Cleaner->Privacy Cleaner->Browser Configuration->Microsoft Windows Troubleshooting.
    2. Click to Licensing.
    3. Delete License.

    Actual result:

    After delete license show two window GUI.   

    Expected Result:

    After delete license product show one window.

    Operating system: Win 10, x64

    System: Intel Core 2 Duo E4500 RAM 3GB DDR2 Hitachi HDP725050GLA360 500 GB ASUS P5G-MX

    Hello! This problem is reproduced only when you repeat all this actions before delete license?

    This isn't a real "bug". Traces tell that PC was high loaded between 20:48 and 20:51, so first GUI doesn't provide answer to product, so it  starts second GUI. (also it tries to start third GUI, but at this moment second GUI gave answer, and product stopped third GUI star process) . So it's only result of high load of PC
