Multiple cycle crashes after install/reboot

<p><strong>Reproduction steps & Actual result:</strong></p>
<p>Just installed CRASHED, and automatically came to run and again crashed, and several cycle crashes until the GUI shield icon stopped appearing in the task bar, only 1 avp.exe remained running... lots of dumps...</p>
<p>I've rebooted the system and still the same behavior, will send all the traces and dumps, this build can't remain running on my system more than 30 seconds and automatically crashes again and again, I even have no time select any setting in the GUI because it crashes again...</p>

<p>Since it seems to be the same problem, gui crashes a few seconds after it starts.</p>
