Option to disable product autorun at system start up often do not work

<p><span></span>I uncheck the box to disable avp autorun at start up</p>
<p>reboot</p>
<p>avp service still start with OS.</p>
<p>Repeat above test, I find in most cases, the checkbox do not work</p>
