Crash when I try terminate a process using product's application control function

<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>enable traces</p>
<p>open app control, and choose a process, right click it than choose Terminate</p>
<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>product crash and write dump. If not fully restart avp, the crash can not be reproduced again</p>
<p>restart avp, reproduce is successful</p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>No crash, No dump</p>
