Avp confirmation Prompt window sometimes delay or hangs.

<p><span></span>Try to stop protection & disable self protection & add exception rules</p>
<p>Avp confirmation Prompt window will pop up</p>
<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>The window pop up with only its border line, inside is hollow. Sometimes you have to wait for a few seconds to let the window fully display. Sometimes you need to wait more than 10 seconds, and you can even drag the hollow window running on your desktop leaving residue image.</p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>The window pop up right after I choose to stop protection.</p>
