#867 Reports were duplicated when I test with an adware

Reproduction steps:
1 enable traces and restart avp
2 access the sample and than OAS scan the sample
3 avp detect the sample and deleted
Actual result:
there are two sets of message ' object detected' 'object move to quarantine' 'object deleted' balloon pop up
6 messages in total
Expected Result:
Only one set of three messages pop up
3 messages in total
upload traces and the sample I used
reason for edit: I mistake the product version and language
