Quick scan take too much time scan system memory, and the whole scan also take quite long time

Reproduction steps:
run a quick scan
Actual result:
usually in my real machine, scan for system memory only need less than 10s, but this build use minutes.
The whole process usually need no more than 3minutes, but it took nearly 7minutes to finish.
Expected Result:
quick scan finish quickly

I ran the test in real machine, and entire OS is installed on Samsung 850Pro SSD and CPU is i7-4800MQ.
Always such scan never take more than 2minutes. But using this build to run quick scan several times, it always use no less than 6minutes.
Apparently it is not normal........

All our builds without "RS" in name have special services for detailed traces turned on automatically. So it takes more time (x2,5-x3) to scan PC. So it's not bug.
Here are my results for our products:
20-780 17 minutes
20-815 RS 2 minutes
19 patch D 2 minutes
