Quick scan take too much time scan system memory, and the whole scan also take quite long time

<p><span></span>usually in my real machine, scan for system memory only need less than 10s, but this build use minutes.</p>
<p>The whole process usually need no more than 3minutes, but it took nearly 7minutes to finish.</p>

<p>I ran the test in real machine, and entire OS is installed on Samsung 850Pro SSD and CPU is i7-4800MQ.</p>
<p>Always such scan never take more than 2minutes. But using this build to run quick scan several times, it always use no less than 6minutes.</p>

<p>All our builds without "RS" in name have special services for detailed traces turned on automatically. So it takes more time (x2,5-x3) to scan PC. So it's not bug.</p>
