Protected Process Light is not working

Reproduction steps:
install the product and use process explorer tool
Actual result:
the tool shows that there is no ppl for avp.exe
Expected Result:
the toll shows ppl enabled for avp.exe
I do not know what data should provide, so, please just use the virtual image.
It is reproduced in that virtual machine.

see picture above. Dlls in avp.exe should be hided by ppl and there should be sign for ppl enabled in the proetction tab of avp.exe as arrowhead indicated.

PPL support only win 10 rs2+ and you have rs1 on your virtual pc
