#722 Problem with Tour

    Reproduction steps: After install, try to see the tour. After install the Beta Key, the tour disappear.

    Actual result: No screen of tour.

    Expected Result: After install the Beta Key, the tour should starts.

    System Settings

    Operating system: Win 10, x64

    System: I5 5600, Motherboard Asus, 16 GB of Ram, SSD.

    Product: KTS

    Product Version:

    Language: en-US

    Unfortunately,  we have to reject it.  If you can reproduce it with logs - please contact me and we'll reopen issue. 

    To activate full logs from the very first product start you should add reg file to folder, where KTS installer exe is placed and run installation.   (here is reg file https://cloud.qainfo.ru/s/6eOfglzZn7qoLT1)

    Unfortunately I don´t have log.

    What I did was, installed KTS. The option to see the tour was marked.

    After install, it shows the message to activate the product. I activated it and the tour screen didn´t appear.

  • What kind of logs will be?
