#721 SAAS Activation

    Reproduction steps: After install SAAS, try to login to My Kaspersky account.

    Actual result: It shows a message the account is wrong. My account is working fine.

    Expected Result: Conect to My Kaspersky.

    System Settings

    Operating system: Win 10, x64

    System: I5 5600, Motherboard Asus, 16 GB of Ram, SSD.

    Product: KFA

    Product Version: 20.0.0.713

    Language: en-US



  • @DonKid, for which portal did you enter the login data? Betatest portal or Main portal ?

  • @DonKid, In this forum, there are builds for beta testing, respectively, the SAAS product is tied to the Betatest portal. Process of entering the MyKaspersky has no problem. So I close this topic.
