Reproduction steps:

Install KTS.
Click on More Tools->Security->Cloud Protection.

Actual result:

Product can not connect for servers KSN.

Expected Result:

Product successfully connection for KSN.

добрый день! По словам разработчиков проблема не в нашей сетевой инфрастуктуре и не в нашем продукте. На уровне маршрутизатора или провайдера происходит подмена адреса на ipV6. KSN не работает с ipv6 адресами.
