website record disappear after press SAVE button in safe money

<p>choose a website record and press the gear-shaped button to modify</p>
<p>press SAVE button</p>
<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>the record disappeared after you pressed the SAVE button, after restart product, the record came back</p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>the record do not disappear, and the modification should be saved</p>

<p>sadly it is stable reproduce in my environment</p>
<p>I collected another set of traces：</p>
<p>1 turn on traces</p>
<p>2 restart the product</p>
<p>3 open a payment website and let avp record it automaticly</p>
<p>4 try modify the record and press SAVE</p>
<p>5 the record is missing</p>
<p>6 restart the product, the record come back</p>
<p>7 turn off traces.</p>
