Высокая нагрузка на CPU 100% после запуска Chrome

Windows 11 Pro 25H2 Kaspersky Premium 21.26.0.117 Google Chrome 147.0.7727.102
Периодически (где-то 1 из 8) после загрузки ОС и запуска Chrome, на протяжении нескольких минут наблюдается высокая загрузка CPU на 100%, при этом процесс avp.exe дает нагрузку более 90%.
