#683 Gui suddenly started crashing

Reproduction steps:
The gui/avpui.exe suddenly started crashing and i wasnt able to open the gui/start avpui.exe up anymore.
So i used the kavlog.exe for version 19 to create a dump, the all dumps got created when i tried to turn traces off and then back on with the kavlog.exe
