После включения ПК продолжительное время CPU загружен на 100% (avp.exe 90-95%)

Запускаю ПК и после загрузку ОС наблюдается продолжительное время CPU загружен на 100%, при этом процесс avp.exe загружает CPU на 90-95%. В процессе этой высокой загрузке также сформировались два дампа. Трассировки дампы: https://cloud.qainfo.ru/index.php/s/lgt5tcc5zYS8qcV (пароль: 1)
