    Reproduction steps:

    open task manager, choose avp gui or service process and try shut it down

    Actual result:

    avp process can be terminated

    Expected Result:

    avp process can not be affected

    windows10 1607 LTSB 14393.2580 x64

    KTS19.0.0.1088d en-HK_zh-Hant-HK

    reproduce is not stable, but I had encounter this twice so far

    and last time I turn one traces.

      Developers ask more data to investigate the problem: 

      • installation logs msp (C:\Windows\Temp\msi*.log)

      • msi and msp from cash Windows Installer (C:\Windows\Installer*.msi and  C:\Windows\Installer*.msp)

      • driver installation logs (C:\Windows\Inf\setup*.log)

        I must have cleaned C:\Windows\Temp\msi*.log. It is empty...

        Today I do not reproduce it success, if needed, I can reinstall the product and apply the patch again.

            I think between two reproduce, there should be a restart of OS. (to be honest, I actually can not remember that clearly)

            And the traces uploaded are for the whole process of the second reproduce. When I record the second reporduce, I kept terminate avp and avpui process for sometimes, than I turn off trace.

            and now I do not get a third reroduce for now.

                  software environment now may be useless......If I can success reproduce again, I can send all those needed data
