ГУЙ не позволяет скрыть предложение установки менеджера паролей

Присоединяюсь к багу, реально невозможно скрыть/ проигнорировать этот совет

ГУЙ не позволяет скрыть предложение установки менеджера паролей, в итоге в главном окне продукта постоянно отображается баллун:
Если нажать на кнопку без текста, то там тоже нет возможности отказаться:
