When I installed KVPN 21.24.7.408, the license bypass option didn't appear for me. Also, many people in my country are requesting solutions due to VPN infrastructure changes. Please also inform the authorities that all features need to be active in the technical version; otherwise, if anyone is experiencing server switching issues, we can only redirect them to technical support on the forum.
Many people are trying to open refund requests, and we are forced to redirect them.
I haven't contacted Danila yet, but the dual VPN tunneling options still appear in these links. These need to be fixed.

              Hello!
              Can you please specify problems?

              1. As I can understand, you are speaking about infrastructure issues in Republic of Türkiye?
              2. "license bypass option didn't appear for me" - do you mean, there is no way to get free licence?
              3. "all features need to be active in the technical version;" - do you mean, that beta build should include paid-subscription features?
              4. "dual VPN tunneling options still appear in these links" - sorry, I don't understand, what's problems with this links?

              Thank you!

Hi @dmitriy.pisarets , I hope you are well in the new year.

                1. No, https://forum.kaspersky.com/topic/ksec-all-regions-except-the-russian-federation-57348/#findComment-221764
I'm referring to this announcement, specifically the transition from the "Pango" platform to "Pure".

                2. Yes, unfortunately, the license bypass option is not visible to me. There are only the "Log in with My Kaspersky account" and "Purchase licenses" buttons.

                3. Yes, to properly test the technical version, paid windows, such as paid subscriptions, need to be open. For example, in the technical version, speed, transition problems, and connection issues cannot be checked because other countries cannot be selected.

                4. Customers have stated that the features I mentioned in the KVPN infrastructure change are missing from the connections. I downloaded the technical version to check these, but I couldn't check them due to the problem in option 2 :)
Also, in the place I mentioned in my first answer, Danila had already explained that these features would not be available.

Also, why haven't you added me as a beta tester yet?

                Thanks and best regards ;)
