Hello! There is misunderstanding:

1. option is for scan's autostart (it's not main switcher for feature)
2. button in main window like an AD welcoming to use feature
   So it's correct scenario.

No, because it's simple button. I mean it's like an AD, like or a showcase to attract users attention, but it's still a button, part of GUI, and not supposed to be closed or hide.
