В центре уведомлений значится «Recording traces…», хотя трассировки отключены

Отключил трассировки в Kaspersky & VPN, перезагрузил комп, захожу в центр уведомлений (открыть все сообщения), а там указано «Recording traces…», хотя они должны были быть отключены:
