We had received a dump with a problem installing Kaspersky.
Dump has info that OS user is named Genom. If you recognize yourself, please write in private messages.

Also please write if you get an error message during installation: "The Windows Installer Service Could Not Be Accessed. Make sure it is registered and available or contact Technical Support."
