Зависание ОС после загрузки

Windows 11 Pro 24H2 Kaspersky Premium 21.21.1.158
Запустил ПК после входа в учетную запись все зависло, практически нечего не работала. Пришлось перезагружать через кнопку reset, после перезагрузки обнаружил дамп продукта: https://cloud.qainfo.ru/index.php/s/OGIZgZwcbgYPB1V (пароль: 1) -
