KSDE не загружается главное окно

KSDE 21.20.2.206 Windows 11
После установки сборки 206 запустил KSDE по значку из трея, открылся приветственный тур. Прошел шаги тура и после чего отобразилось пустое главное окно KSDE с круглым индикатором загрузки. Ждал более 10 минут и так главное окно KSDE не загрузилось
