Cosmetics: Неконсистентность написания заголовка «Support Tools»

Support Tools написан в Title Case, а все остальные заголовки — в sentence case:
Проще говоря, у всех зеленых заголовков только одна заглавная буква, а у Support Tools — две. Лучше написать «Support tools» чтобы look & feel был бы аккуратным.
