Согласен, новый дизайн ужасен!
Во-первых, он не позволяет развернуть окно на полный экран.
Во-вторых, мало-полезная рамка занимает слишком большую площадь экрана.
В-третьих, ее невозможно скрыть, в отличие от рамки в прошлой версии.Надеюсь, это изменение откатят.
