Excluded button is missing

File Scan (ODS/OAS, qScan/vScan, Quarantine)

Files detected in the quarantine area need to be right-clicked and added as excluded.
Restore should be removed and these two buttons should be added.
- Restore and add to exclusions
- Restore and add the folder it is in to exclusions
