Installation failed, it requires Microsoft .NET Framework

Installation failed, it says it needs Microsoft .NET Framework on my Laptop. But normally it is in 3.5, 4.8 and 4.8.1 installed. Laptop is Win10 19045.4717.

Delete empty folders from above locations and try again, it should work

No error with the 21.19.2.306. Installation went fine.
