Kaspersky Rescue Disk 2024

<p>Hello,</p>
<p>neither the KRD beta version 2024 nor the KRD 2018 version is working with an Acer Aspire 5 notebook (A515-55 series, N18Q13).</p>
<p>Secure boot is OFF. AHCI mode can't be switched to IDE mode in BIOS.</p>
<p>With KRD 2018 the screen stays dark after choosing graphics mode. With KRD 2024 beta the screen ist shortly visible after choosing graphics mode but afterwards there is a black screen again with a blinking cursor on top of the screen.</p>
<p>Can someone help?</p>

Hi,

I got same problem, but with another computer (HP Probook 455 g8 ).
When starting Kaspersky Rescue Disk - Graphic mode, limited graphic mode and hardware info got black screen and can't do any actions.

Can someone help?
