Turning off System Watcher during advanced disinfection

<p><strong>Reproduction steps: </strong>Click on remove virus then click on Disinfect and restart pc, open main GUI kaspersky and left side Security and see what happens system watcher will be RED. Video is attached in Product logs but expires in 7 days (27.2.2024). Check the video. This issue is on MR16 commercial release and also on MR17 BETA. This video is on MR17 BETA as you can see.</p>

<p><strong>Actual result:</strong> System watcher is RED but if i go into settings of System Watcher showing it is ON. Also in detailed report there is system watcher starting, stopping etc.</p>

<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong> During advanced disinfection and also ALWAYS System watcher should be GREEN, ALL GREEN - ALL GOOD.</p>
