#562 Dump found when I uninstall the product

    Reproduction steps:

    Exit the product

    Uninstall the product via Control Panel

    Installation wizard start the product to pop up confirmation window.

    Product started with 'Previously app launch failed'

    Actual result:

    product started with 'Previously app launch failed' and dump was found.

    Expected Result:

    no dump

    Windows10 RS4 17134.286 x64

    upload only a single dump
