Fail to manual generate avp dump (product crashed)

Reproduction steps:
turn on traces, press WRITE DUMP to manual create avp dump
Actual result:
avp hangs for a while than automatic restarted, with 'Previously App Launch Failed'
also there is a debug window show below detail info.
Expected Result:
avp dump created success by manual.
