Fail to manual generate avp dump (product crashed)

<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>turn on traces, press WRITE DUMP to manual create avp dump</p>

<p><strong>Actual result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>avp hangs for a while than automatic restarted, with 'Previously App L<span>aunch Failed'</span></p>
<p><span>also there is a debug window show below detail info. </span></p>

<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>avp dump created success by manual.</p>
