#555 Secure Connection Failed warning in FireFox 62.0.2

Reproduction steps: no special steps, in these 2 sites I'm getting "Secure Connection Failed" in Mozilla FireFox 62.0.2, I've tried in NetWork settings to use Certificate from Windows and from Mozilla, none of them worked, the same result.
If I set in NetWork -> Do not scan encrypted connection, then I can access to those sites.
