Secure Connection Failed warning in FireFox 62.0.2

<p><strong>Reproduction steps: </strong>no special steps, in these 2 sites I'm getting "Secure Connection Failed" in Mozilla FireFox 62.0.2, I've tried in NetWork settings to use Certificate from Windows and from Mozilla, none of them worked, the same result.<strong></strong></p>
<p>If I set in NetWork -> Do not scan encrypted connection, then I can access to those sites.</p>
