How about PPL missing in self-defense? Is that option now by design inoperable?
I use processexplorer, find it is still unable to show Dlls in avp.exe, look like ppl actullay fucntion?

This Patch C does not fix the issue with Kaspersky Security Cloud Free 2019b + W10 RS4 + Security Centre -> warning of no registered FireWall, that also allows to access to KSC Free FireWall Settings + Rules, which is not a feature in Free Home products...
