      Hello! Seems to be correct scenario.
      In new builds there are 3 steps of database update. On first - you can stop process, other steps block 'cancel' button.

        <p>Last build just installed has the same issue... I installed over previous build, all went fine, I ran updates ok, reboot twice, and not after recovering the system after suspension/hibernation I got again the issue...</p>

          <p>After a while the button got clickable again and working fine, will continue monitoring.</p>
