Two icons on taskbar and cant run

<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong> After installation Loading screen (never ends). Also after restart pc no taskbar icon. Uninstallation was stuck on Please wait. Absolutely not usable. How passed this build internal testing? How to remove? Now must restore VM from restore points if it succeeds at all or reinstall windows. Nice really!</p>

<p><strong>Actual result:</strong> Cant run, cant uninstall, cant nothing. Cant uninstall, kavremover doesnt support this version.</p>

<p>It' weird why this report was accepted, and not mine, since essentially it's the same issue I reported, also getting 2 icons (GUI crash)...</p>
