Better group management in Manage applications menu

<p><strong>Description of problem:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>I want to move PowerShell into My custom group. But since there is a lot of applications my only option is to drag and drop the app a long way (user unfriendly). Filtering by search doesn't help because the group will disappear.</p>

<p>Add group selection into context menu or into app info window.</p>
