    Reproduction steps:

    Had this problem before, also in KSEC software:

    A similar situation is experienced in KFA 21.9.6.465 product.

    Actual result:

    The window that appears when the "Customer service" button is pressed in the KFA software.

    Windows 10 Pro is used. Written as enterprise in KFA software.

    Expected Result:

    Since Windows 10 Pro is used, it must be written Windows 10 Pro.
