Fullscreen and frame in right

Hello! This is not how it looks at our several test PCs, and it's not it should look.
If it still can be reproduced, please collect traces and video.
Please turn on traces, then restart our application, and only then start reproduction steps.

Also please send your screen resolution and scale.

It turned out that this bug is known, and it's all about screen resolution. We (beta department) don't have 4k monitors, so we'd never seen such behavior, but our GUI testers - had.
I've created feedback-suggestion form your report, to show that user asks for fix.
