Dumps + Corruption in component

Reproduction steps:
I don't know exactly how to reproduce it, I was working in the system and suddenly got it.
**Actual result: **
Some protection components are corrupted, reinstall the application is recommended. But I can't see the component which is corrupted. I got a warning that System Watcher was corrupted, but in Settings I see it enabled.
Status of the application is in Red (At Risk).
