Dumps + Corruption in component

<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong></p>
<p>I don't know exactly how to reproduce it, I was working in the system and suddenly got it.</p>
<p><span></span></p>
<p><strong>Actual result: </strong></p>
<p><span>Some protection components are corrupted, reinstall the application is recommended. But I can't see the component which is corrupted. I got a warning that System Watcher was corrupted, but in Settings I see it enabled.</span></p>
<p><span>Status of the application is in Red (At Risk).</span></p>
