Kaspersky\VPN\KSOS 21.13.2.265

  • Hello!

A new beta build is available.

You can download the distribution kit by the link:

    Kaspersky — Download

    VPN  — Download

    KSOS — Download

To test the application, activate the license embedded in the distribution kit.

You should only use the beta build with this license provided for testing.

If you use your existing commercial license to activate the beta version of the application, the term of the license spent on the beta-testing will not be compensated.

    Known issues:

    - there will be notification that lots of terabytes on your pc can be cleaned. It's a test message.

    Useful info:

    • DRV  verifiers are turn off by default now. App - are ON!
    • Kaspersky is presented in three tiers: Basic, Standard, Plus
    • To activate the trial beta key on the screen with a proposal to enter My Kaspersky, click "Skip"
  • I noticed that my issues surfing were after getting a "Previous launch crash", so closing the browser and opening again did the trick to working fine again. The dumps for the crash were sent via the integrated system of the product.

  • Updating a Normal subscription to Beta Plus caused no issues, however the VPN fails to activate

  • Installed no issues so far, I'll keep you updated

  • Overwritting without problem.

  • Weird, now not  getting the issue 🤔 I will continue testing and re-checking...

I'm experiencing a glitch while browsing in this new build, while surfing with different tabs... it seems they never end loading, and remain loading and FF even can't get finally the icon of the site:

If I exit from KPlus, then automatically all tabs ends loading and getting their icons.

I've tried with Opera and Edge, and no issues there, only with FireFox 110 version.

Anti-Banner and Private Browsing modules are disabled. Block Origin add-on in FireFox.

I will collect traces and post a Report.

Update: I've found where can be the issue: in Network Settings -> Encrypted connections scan: changing default vale to "Do not scan encrypted connections", the issue disappears. This issue was not in previous MR13 beta.

  • Installed it new and no big problems for now.

  • Updated overwriting previous build went fine, but in 1st system restart I got a "Previous launch failed" and a GUI crashed, dumps were sent via integrated report system of the product.
