Problem With Yandex Browser

<p>Yandex Browser (18.7.1.855) hangs and is unusable.</p>
<p>Kaspersky Security Cloud 20.0.0.454 (app and driver verifiers off)</p>
<p>Windows 10 Home: Version 1803, Build 17134.228</p>

It is a duplicate of https://eap.kaspersky.com/topic/393/. This problem is known and developers have fixed this bug in dev-version of product.
