Компонент Safe Browsing не может стартовать после обновления баз и перезагрузки ПК

Reproduction steps:
Обновил базы 8 ноября в 19:11 по МСК, перезагрузил комп
Actual result:
Компонент Safe Browsing не может стартовать. Иконка в трее красная, продукт рекомендует переустановку.
При этом, в уведомлениях все зеленое
Expected Result:
Все д.б. штатно.
