Kaspersky\VPN\KSOS 21.8.4.347

  • A new beta build is available.

You can download the distribution kit by the link:

    Kaspersky — Download

    VPN — Download

    KSOS — Download

To test the application, activate the license embedded in the distribution kit.

You should only use the beta build with this license provided for testing.

If you use your existing commercial license to activate the beta version of the application, the term of the license spent on the beta-testing will not be compensated.

    Useful info:

    • DRV  verifiers are turn off by default now. App - are ON!
    • Kaspersky is presented in three tiers: Basic, Standard, Plus
    • To activate the trial beta key on the screen with a proposal to enter My Kaspersky, click "Skip"
  • First impression, it is a stable version and it is hard to find bugs. ;)

  • Now i saw, that i have installed the x.x.347_dummy. What are the reasons for that?

  • @jowi, seems to be a patch distribution testing campaign, we will try o figure it out.

  • Yeap, _dummy is a name of test patch to check patch distribution, it shouldn't have  any influence on beta build, but this sign.

  • Thanks for the explanation.

  • Update/overwrite over previous build went fine.

  • Update stop working, after reboot got the notification that Protection may be at risk - databases are out of date. Click on update button from main menu and notification center doesn't help

Anti-virus database updates are downloaded from the test server. Anti-virus databases are downloaded to test servers less frequently than to public ones. The result is expected. But even this has advantages. For example, to observe how the program behaves in this case. Or maybe even find a bug related to updating anti-virus databases.

  • VPN PLUS - Error Activation

This activation Code cannot be added

I'm testing the antivirus, I'll start using it today. For now I would like to resolve the case of the VPN not accepting the serial from the installation package.Quick easy and intuitive installation.Great interface and so far wonderful performance.

  • @grandmastergate, hello! Welcome to our forum. Sorry, but I think I didn't quite catch you about activation code for VPN. This topic is already closed, can you please give us more details in new topic - https://eap.kaspersky.com/topic/4670/ ?
