Update freezes at 0% cant stop it

<p><strong>Reproduction steps:</strong> run update database, waiting couple of seconds / few minutes and i see stuck on 0 % </p>

<p><strong>Actual result:</strong> freezes on 0% can stop it</p>
<p><span></span></p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong> update success fully finishes, also when i want stop it then stop.*Also see this screen... We have year 2022 not 2021.</p>
