<p><span></span>Open site <a href="http://www.facebook.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">www.facebook.com</a> an error <span>ERR_SSL_VERSION_INTERFERENCE</span>.</p>
<p><strong>Expected Result:</strong></p>
<p><span></span>Site <a href="http://www.facebook.com" target="_blank" rel="noopener">www.facebook.com</a> open normal.</p>

<p>I'm also still getting this issue in Chrome + KTS2020 build .454... and in Mozilla FireFox I even get any message, I only got a blank page... if I pause the Protection I can visit the sites in both browsers...</p>
